There was an error uploading the file

I am trying to export a dotlottie optimized animation from after effects. However, it only gives dotlottie and json formats only. For optimized formats, it keeps on loading and finally shows an error. Similarly, when I try to upload lottie files to my workspace, it gives me an error “There was an error uploading the file”.

Please tell me how to fix this problem.

It would be helpful if you could include:

  • The animation (.aep project or exported files, if possible)

  • A screen recording showing the issue

  • The version of Adobe After Effects you’re using

  • The version of the LottieFiles After Effects plugin

  • Any error messages you see during export or upload
