Dear Lottiefile team,
After I editing the animation in Adobe After Effects, when I want to upload it to My Workspace, I only get an endless uploading screen and it shows up couldn’t upload animation.
Kindly help me how to get this solved.
Hi @s.kanthesh2
Have you tried connecting to a different internet network to see if that resolves the issue? If possible, could you also share the .aep file with us? That would help me investigate further.
If you’d prefer direct assistance, feel free to reach out to us at support@lottiefiles.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Hi Haleeza,

Dear LottieFiles Support Team,
I’m encountering an issue when attempting to upload an edited animation to My Workspace. The upload process seems to get stuck on an endless loading screen and ultimately fails with an error message indicating the animation couldn’t be uploaded. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? I have been trying the files on multiple sites, it’s one of them. here
Hi @HZ1
To assist you further, we’ll need a bit more information. Could you please raise a ticket at support@lottiefiles.com and include the following details?
- Version of Adobe After Effects you’re using
- Version of the LottieFiles AE plugin
- The AEP file you’re working with
- Any screen recordings or screenshots of the error
This will help us diagnose and resolve the issue more effectively. Thank you!
Hi Haleeza,
As you mentioned in the previous mail, Use of .ai in .aep is not allowing to export to workspace.
As .svg cannot be imported we can’t make use of vector files for animation.
I tried using Lottie Creator for an animation but there I’m unable save the base file in creator draft. I can share a video in support mail
