Lottie file can't be uploaded, HELP PLEASE

Hi there,

I am desperately trying to export my Lottie file for a loader but I cannot upload my file, therefore I can’t save it or export it.
I am on After Effect 2024 (24.1) and when I export the Lottie and click upload after choosing a workspace, it automically give a message “file couldn’t be uploaded.”
I also can’t create a new workspace for some reason, please help …
