I wanted to see if there is a possible solution to an issue I’m having with text alignment implemented in iOS.
The layer is misaligned when the dev implements it after the handoff. The layer is a time counter that is being animated by iOS when the REC button is pressed. I supplied the layer with a centered alignment and the font we used for this. The font shows up, and the dev can animate the numbers but we can’t figure out what causes the alignment issue.
I added a screenshot that show the misaligned text layer and the errors that the AE exporter plugin throws up. I didn’t use any animation tools that the error specifies so I’m not sure what is going on. The only things animated are the scale and opacity of the layer.
