After Effects Plugin is not working anymore

Hey there,

I´ve created some Lottie Files in the past and there was never a problem with the plugin. But suddenly it’s not working anymore.
When I want to export an animation, the following message appears:

Then, when I click on “Download” the “after-effects-3.0.2.zxp”-File gets downloaded. But this file does not work in my After Effects. When I open it, I get the following error message:

(0::1)
After Effects error: Can’t import file “after-effects-3.0.2.zxp”: unsupported filetype or extension. (0::1)

I am using the After Effects Version 22.6.0.

I really hope that someone can help me.

I had the same problem. Installing from Creative Cloud resolved this issue. Thank you

I have uninstalled the entire Creative Cloud and reinstalled everything. Now it’s working again. Thanks for you tips.
