Unsubscribing from marketing emails

Hi there

I’m attempting to unsubscribe from marketing emails. I tried clicking on the ‘unsubscribe’ link in the email I received, but this leads to a page with a ‘wait’ animation. I don’t get a message saying it’s successful. I’m probably missing it, but I also can’t find an option to unsubscribe on my account page. I’m using Chrome.

Also had the issue, but think it’s related to me running PiHole on my network to block tracking and ads. Visited the page on a mobile connection, and that seemed to work. However, seems silly that trackers unable to load break a simple unsubscribe feature.
