New User Segmentation is broken. Site becomes unusable

I just signed up using Google auth, and when logged in I am faced with the User segmentation popup asking me if I am a Designer, developer… etc. When I click on developer, it does nothing. I can see that there is an uncaught exception that is thrown. When I try to reload the site and avoid the popup- the whole site throws a 500 for me and become unusable.

Update:
I can no longer see the popup- but once logged in, the entire site throws a 500 and becomes unusable
