Mask is not working on all layer - after effects

Hi, first time working with Lottie, trying to render my file, but the mask I’ve made is only working on one letter out of 3
anyone know what’s the problem? and how to fix

Hi Yasmin,

Could you please check if your composition contains any of the unsupported features listed here: Supported Features.

If you are using track mattes, please follow these guidelines:

  1. Use a track matte layer for every layer you want to matte.
  2. Ensure the track matte layer is placed above the layer to which you want to apply the matte.

Also, please ensure that you are not using any merge paths.

Among the other suggestions make sure that neither your main layer nor mask have other sizes but 100%
