I am using Jitter.video to export my Lottie file. However, I am not able to change the background colour of the file. How can I fix this?

It’s how it’s built. You’ll want to make this in AE with layers to be able to change or remove the background color after you upload it to the Lottie site.
It’s all one static piece as you can see here:
If you look here you can see that there is really 2 elements, the phone frame and the things inside:
The only BG that can be changed is going to be behind the phone and it’s box frames:
This is a pretty simple element since nothing is moving. You could easily throw this into AE and send it to lottie with more control options.
