Hello,
We bought access to Lottie Individual Plan at April 11. Lottie charge money from us, but full version of service not working. We are tried to contact them via Chat, but chat not works. Chat specify that we should contact support by email. We sent email to support@lottiefiles.com in the morning of April 11. Today in evening of April 13 and we still not receive response. How we can contact them and got access to this service?
