Log in does work in After effects (provided code is incorrect error))

Hi. I’ve always been working with this format but for some reason, the plug in isn’t working all of a sudden: the log in doesn’t work in AE.
Help pls

Are you using the most up to date version?

That was the problem. Have to update the plug-in on Creative Cloud. Thanks
