I have updated the plugin in after effects 2019: Lottie 3.0.0 and now I have a problem, it won’t let me log in, it’s bugged. The button shows the loading animation for a few seconds and returns to its original appearance. It does not start the session which prevents me from using it. It used to work fine before, but now it doesn’t.

A quick and temporary solution for the login issue is to upgrade your after-effects to 2021. Our team is currently looking into a fix.

we’ve noticed that issue on windows + ae 2020/2019. We’re currently working on a fix for those platforms, but in the meantime, if you have ae 2021 available it will work there.
