Exporting as Lottie or JSON from Animate shows white screen

I installed the plugin for Adobe Animate. I exported both as JSON and .Lottie
When I imported these exports onto the LottieFiles website, it just showed a white screen. The issue seems to be that it doesn’t like exporting symbol animations… but that’s the sum total of what animating in Adobe Animate entails! Any suggestions?
