I’ve been facing the same issue. Can’t edit colors to animations. I tried a lot and all have the same issue

So you are talking about one singular animation experiencing this behavior in the Lottie editor? What happens when you try to change colors on another animation? Are you able to change that animations colors?
If you don’t have access to the After Effects project file for this animation then you will need to contact the designer about changing the colors.
