Hi everyone, working on a school a project editing a video and I was curious if someone knows if it’s possible to use lottie animations in video projects (fcpx). For example, can I export lottie files from after affects in a format that’s usable in a video editor? I just discovered lottie so excited to learn more.
You can just export the animation from After Effects as normal and import to Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere. You can also export with an alpha channel and overlay into your video timeline.
