Animation stuck with yellow warning

I’m trying to upload an animation to publish to public, but it’s doesn’t work in the dashboard and in the window preview, but it works fine in the Lottie Player, I insert all the information and tags, but nothing works

@iskevincamargo Sometimes I get this and I have found that re-exporting solves it mostly. I have noticed that the previews on the new beta site have been a little broken and that could be why as well.

thank you for the answer, but it didn’t work, i re-exported in bodymovin and lottiefiles plugin, in .json and .lottie and exported directly from the pluging, but none of them worked
