Hi folks,
I have an AE comp that is just text revealing itself using Animate and sliders. This isn’t converting to Lottie, well. It is but no animation 
Any idea of a method to get this to work? The process of revealing the type is found in this tutorial.
Any help greatly appreciated!
OK Found a way! Seems that Bodymovin managed to do it. It didn’t convert the cursor but other than that it works great!
Easiest way would be a layer mask, position movement (with “Toggle Hold Keyframes”) and the cursor following the path

To convert your AE text animation to Lottie, simplify the animation using basic transforms. Convert text layers to shape layers. Use the Bodymovin plugin for export, ensuring supported features only. In Bodymovin, select your comp, render, and test the JSON file on a Lottie player. If issues arise, check for unsupported properties or expressions.
