Hi there,
The issue is fixed now. Thank you for reporting this to us.
Hello @Karol
Thank you for fixing something, but my issue is still there
It looks like you’ve reached the upload limit for your free workspace.
As a free user, you have a maximum upload quota of 10 files. This limit applies to the total number of files you’ve uploaded, including those that have been deleted.
Please note that the 10 file upload quota does not apply to Lottie Creator files or public animation files. You can upload an unlimited number of Lottie Creator and public animation files.
Hope this helps to clarify the situation. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please let me know.
Hello, @haleeza
Thank you for the reply. However, I’d like to clarify this situation for myself and for all the other users.
The main question: has something changed or not? Are there new rules or not?
All the previous years on my free plan I had 10 free slots for animations: I could upload and delete unlimited files, but was able to keep in the workspace only 10.
All of a sudden recently I saw “316/10 files uploaded” which changed after contacting support on “31/10” but it still looks a bit strange.
Please clarify this question.
I apologize for any lack of clarity. We did make some updates to the file upload count last night, which may have caused the discrepancy in your file count while we were implementing these changes.
Let me explain the changes:
Previously, free plan users could upload up to 10 files and had the option to delete files to make room for new uploads, effectively maintaining a limit of 10 active files at any time.
With the recent update, starting today, the total upload limit for free users still remains at 10 files. However, this count now tracks the total number of uploads rather than the current number of active files. This means that if you have uploaded 10 files, even if you delete some of them, your quota for new uploads won’t reset. The limit applies to the total number of uploads since the update.
For example, if you have 2 active files in your workspace, you can still upload 8 more files. But even if you delete these files afterward, your upload quota will not reset as it is based on the total number of uploads made.
Please note that this change only applies to your current upload limit and any files deleted from today onward. Files that were deleted before this change will not be counted.
We also understand that these changes may affect our contributors ability to create and upload more files. Please rest assured that we greatly value your contributions to the public animation library. We are working on a special arrangement to support our contributors and will share more details with you soon.

Thank you, @haleeza
It is much clearer now, thank you. This unfriendly downgrade is reasonable, I know traffic on the servers is not free.
However, I don’t think it is fair to inform the community about this half an hour ago while affecting me with this 2 days ago.
Anyway, Lottie was good.
Regards.
Sorry for the lack of information on this. We’ll take this feedback into account for future updates to ensure more timely notifications. Thank you for your understanding and continued support
