Part of animation not showing when downloading as animated GIF

The link below to one of the stock animations from Lottie. As you can see in the animation/preview there are little gray lines and designs that animate around the main part of the image (which is a phone scanning an ID). When we go to download the animation as an animated GIF - the gray lines and designs around the outside of the animated GIF do not show at all. How do we get everything that shows within the preview to show in the actual animated GIF when it is downloaded. *Note we have not done any changes or editing to the stock animation before trying to download it.

Could you please try to download the GIF file by using the "Export via our server " option and see if this help to resolve the issue?

Hello,

I already tried that and it did not fix the issue. Please advise. We paid for a subscription to your service mainly to download that specific animation. If we are not able to - we may need a refund.
