Not working on mobile view

Please I need help, I download free Lottie files here and I used on elementor pro
Work well on the Desktop or Laptop screen but in the mobile view, it’s not working.
Any suggestion, please?

Hello, I have almost the same problem! I’m using the Divi system with the Divi Supreme extension, my lotties appear on pc but not on my mobile… Strange!
