There is no such options in the account / profile settings.
I can’t find a contact option either (only a chatbot which isn’t helpful).
I do not use the mobile app, just the web app.
Frankly that’s the first service I use where the option to delete the account seems not to exist.
Kindly please let me know how to delete it.

We are in the middle of upgrading our system, the “Delete Account” is temporarily unavailable in the web platform. Alternatively, you can delete your account via LottieFiles mobile app, or you can directly email to support@lottiefiles.com to request for your account deletion.
