Can't Download Lottie file as json!

i’m unable to download files as json i’m getting this error for all animation file no matter what

Your file couldn’t be accessed

It may have been moved, edited, or deleted.

To assist further, can you please share the following to support@lottiefiles.com

  1. Account email ID
  2. Link of the animation
  3. Was the animation uploaded from pc/AE plugin, or was it shared with you by other user?
  4. Screen recording to demonstrate the steps to reproduce the issue
