Accelerated hardware

I have issues with accelerated hardware. Im using Arc browser and Chrome. When I click on Lottie Creator I get the notification of not having enabled hardware acceleration although I have it enabled. Any suggestions on how to fix that. I need to edit some other .json lottie files.
