I’m using https://sitespot.dev/downloads/lottie-for-beaver-builder/ to place the Lottie animation in the webpage. The LOAD and HOVER functions work without issue, but I can’t get the SCROLL and CURSOR position options to work. I added the start and end frame animation criteria, but it just shows a static image when I publish. What am I missing? Thanks!
You are encountering issues with the scroll and cursor position triggers in the Lottie for Beaver Builder plugin. Based on your description and insights from the Lottie community, here are some steps to help resolve the problem:
Ensure that the start and end frames you’ve specified in the animation settings actually exist within your Lottie file. For instance, if your animation has 300 frames, setting a range of 0 to 500 will not work. For scroll-based animations, the animation will only play when it enters the viewport. Ensure that the visibility settings are correctly configured.Use your browser’s developer tools to check for any JavaScript errors that might be preventing the animation from functioning correctly. Temporarily deactivate other plugins to rule out conflicts that might be affecting the Lottie animation’s performance. Ensure that you’re using the latest version of the Lottie for Beaver Builder plugin. If the issue persists, consider reinstalling the plugin to ensure all files are correctly installed.
