But anyway, is there a way to change the color of a Lottie when the mouse hover?
Link a static icon can change color on hover, how can be done on a Lottie animation?

With CSS filters (hue) you can achieve that in Elementor. using the https://wordpress.org/plugins/animated-svg plugin’s Lottie widget
