I try to drag them with mouse (as I see no other ‘move up/down’ option) and I can see the new position being indicated by a blue line but thy don’t move. This is crucial for me as I’m working with multiple layers and till now I was forced to start all over just so I can insert layers in right order! I tried with different browsers but the result is the same.
