I am trying to export a dotlottie optimized animation from after effects. However, it only gives dotlottie and json formats only. For optimized formats, it keeps on loading and finally shows an error. Similarly, when I try to upload lottie files to my workspace, it gives me an error “There was an error uploading the file”. Please tell me how to fix this problem. ---

Hi, Sorry to hear you’re experiencing this issue. Could you please send us a few more details at **[support@lottiefiles.com](mailto:support@lottiefiles.com)** so we can investigate? It would be helpful if you could include: - The animation (.aep project or exported files, if possible) - A screen recording showing the issue - The version of Adobe After Effects you’re using - The version of the LottieFiles After Effects plugin - Any error messages you see during export or upload We’ll take a closer look and help you troubleshoot the issue as soon as we receive the details. Looking forward to hearing from you.
