# The text in my lottie file shifts out of place once it is downloaded and placed in the project

The text in my lottie file shifts out of place once it is downloaded and placed in the project. Any suggestions? Or could someone point to where I could possibly edit the JSON code to adjust the position?

It looks like there is a padding issue in the app and/or a scaling problem. Is the type set as shapes or as type layers in the AE file?

Thanks for the reply. So the type is a type layer in AE and set to export as shapes in the LottieFiles plugin. I think I get where you are going with this so I set the text layer in AE as a shape layer, resaved it out and sent over to the developer to see if that fixes the issue.
