# Stuck in rendering

Hello,

I am trying to render out an animation I created and its stuck on the rendering phase. The animation is just vector images and no effects just keyframes on the layers. I also tried other projects as well as my friend did as well and we are all having the same issue.

What can I do to resolve this??

hey @josh can you please send an email to [support@lottiefiles.com](mailto:support@lottiefiles.com) and provide the following details:

1. AE version
2. OS version
3. Lottiefiles plugin version
4. Source file (.aep)
5. Language of AE

Same issue here. Just stuck at rendering.
