I need to create some Lottie animations for a website and I’m trying to understand if I can include images on the animations. On the Lottie-Web column it says it supports images but on the Android column it says it doesn’t support images. Does this means that when someone browses the website from a computer on a web browser it will work but when they browse on the Android smartphone browser it won’t work or Lottie-Android refers only to Android apps native animations? ---

You’re correct in your understanding. Lottie-Web supports images, meaning animations with images will work when viewed on web browsers, including those on computers and smartphones. However, Lottie-Android refers to native Android app animations, which currently do not support images. So, when someone browses your website from a computer or smartphone browser, the images in your Lottie animations should display correctly. But if you’re embedding the animation in a native Android app, the images won’t show. Best regards, Lisa ---
