# Lottie showing correctly in Lottie player but not on website

Hi there. My Lottie file is playing correctly in my Lottie workspace however when I upload the .json file to our website (via Contentful) there are bits of the visual missing. Anyone have an idea what’s going wrong? Thanks!

Hi @Eve1

Since the animation is working fine in the Lottie workspace, it’s likely not an issue with the JSON file itself. Just to help narrow it down, are you using any image assets in your animation? Also, how are you embedding it on Contentful, is it through a plugin or just raw embed code?

Yes there is an image in the animation as you can see in the screenshot above. It’s just raw code I’m pasting into Contentful.
