# Lottie-Interactivity doesn't work both on my computer and my mobile

On every site which is using this plugin, the animations don’t load. I noticed this issue today and I don’t know what the problem is because I’ve tested it from different devices.

You can check if the plugin is compatible with your website’s CMS, theme, and other plugins. Incompatibilities can lead to issues.
