# Lottie Editor missing layer colors | How to Fix \[Tutorial\]

I noticed that some of my animations were not responding to change when trying to customize colour and had missing layer colour swatches in the Lottie Editor. I did some experimenting and discovered the cause of the error and figured out a solution to the error. Check this tutorial for more info. It was bothering me that the colors were missing and I didn’t want to publish anything new until I figured out the problem. I hope it helps other people with similar problems.
