# I wanna change all layers' color by lottie editor

Hi,  
I wanna change color in a lottie file by lottie editor.  
I can change some layers, but I can’t find any color categories when I click specific layer.  
How can I change all color of animation?

You might need message the designer who made the animation and ask them to change it for you. I’ve had issues in the past where some of my animations colors were not displaying in the grouped color settings or on the individual layers in the Lottie Editor. The reason why colors won’t display in the Lottie Editor is because the layer probably has the shape groups contained within another group. In order for colors to be accessible in the Lottie Editor, the shape contents (Path, Fill, Stroke) should be contained within one group.
