# After rendering my graphic turns into a pile of mistakes

Hi,

This is my first project in Lottie, and I think I did everything according to the official tutorial.  
However, after rendering my graphic turns into a pile of mistakes. 🫠  
Has anyone had this problem before, and is it possible to fix it? 🙏  
The launch of website on which I need to upload it is on Monday morning, so all is getting a bit stressful now 🥶

Could you please try the latest version (4.0.3) and let me know if it resolves the issue?

Lottie plugin 4.0.3 is still incompatible with After Effects 2019 on Windows 7 x64 - it shows just empty window with dark-blue background
